空調方式 Ways of Air Conditioning

1. 垂直層流

垂直層流: 清淨空氣自屋頂至地板的流通方式。
(Class 10~ 1,000適用)
Vertical Laminar Flow: flow of clean air from the ceiling to the floor, applicable for Class 10-1,000

優點 Advantages	缺點 Disadvantages
效果完全 Comprehensive effect 不易為作業人員及工作狀態影響 Not easily affected by personnel and work attitude 開始運轉後即刻變成穩定狀態 Steady state is reached immediately after operation 粉塵的堆積及漂浮極少 Very little accumulation and floating dust 管理容易 easy to manage	須注意天花板的無效空間如照明等(防止亂流) Must pay attention to ineffective space on the ceiling, such as lighting (to prevent turbulent flow) 換過濾器較麻煩 More troublesome to change filter 設備費用非常高 Very high installation cost 隔間的擴充比較困難 More difficult to expand partition

2. 水平層流

水平層流: 清淨空氣80%以上由天花板吹出，由壁板吸入40%以上，天花板亦可。
(Class 100~ 10,000適用)
Horizontal Laminar Flow: flow of clean air 80% from the ceiling, 40% to the walls, or the ceiling, applicable for Class 100-10,000

優點 Advantages	缺點 Disadvantages
開始運轉後即刻變成穩定狀態 Steady state is reached immediately after operation 構造簡單 Simplified structure	上游的影響會在下游出現 Upstream can affect downstream 人員及設備的配置及管理須注意 Must pay attention to the allocation and management of personnel and equipment 設備費用非常高 Very high installation cost 隔間的擴充比較困難 More difficult to expand partition

3. 亂流

亂流: 清淨空氣從過濾器吹出口，由地板附近吸入。
(Class 10,000~ 100,000適用)
Turbulent Flow: flow of clean air from filter outlet, to around the floor, applicable for Class 10,000-100,000

優點 Advantages	缺點 Disadvantages
構造簡單 Simplified structure 設備費用低 Low installation cost 隔間的擴充比較容易 Easy to expand partition 若在加用無塵台則可確保高潔淨度 Can ensure high cleanliness level with the use of clean desks	由於氣流的亂流汙染粒子，有可能在室內循環 Due to turbulent flow, contaminated particles may circulate in the air 人員及設備的配置及管理須注意 Must pay attention to the allocation and management of personnel and equipment 到穩定狀態需要一段時間 Takes time to reach steady state
